I review your information before we talk, so I'm already prepared.

When we connect, I ask questions — about your family, your finances, your goals, and your concerns. I listen more than I talk in the first half of the conversation.

Then I explain your options clearly. What's available, what it costs, what the tradeoffs are, and what I'd recommend if I were in your position.

You ask questions. I answer them honestly, even if the answer is "that plan doesn't make sense for you right now."

If something fits, we move forward. If not, at minimum you leave with a clearer picture of where you stand.

There's never any pressure. I'm not running a churn-and-burn operation. My business is built on referrals and long-term client relationships, which means your satisfaction is the foundation of everything.
